Is there a wedding in the horizon for Theo James and girlfriend Ruth Kearney, thus ending all fans' hopes that the "Allegiant" actor and Shailene Woodley could still be together?

According to the new rumors, the "Allegiant" actor is already engaged to Ruth Kearney and they have set the wedding date in 2017.

Various tabloids have reported that Theo James and Shailene Woodley have developed a very strong chemistry while doing the "Divergent" films and at one point, the British actor was said to have split with his girlfriend Ruth Kearney.

"However, even if Theo and Ruth remain private about their romance, it appears that the couple is only getting stronger. Just last month, the two were photographed having a stroll in New York City. Theo and Ruth completed their casual outfits with sunglasses," said Inquistr.

But if it's true that Theo James is planning a wedding with Ruth Kearney, what will happen to his rumors love affair with "Allegiant" co-star Shailene Woodley?

It seems that there's no romance on the set for the "Allegiant" couple even if their onscreen romance is palpable.

For one, Shailene Woodley is said to be dating Hawaiian musician Nahko Bear for a long time now, and they seemed to be happy together.

Indeed, if the rumors are true about the wedding between Theo James and Ruth Kearney, don't expect the "Allegiant" actor to make a confirmation as he's always guarded his privacy well.

"I don't have it and I never will. Other actors I know are really good at it and they rock and roll it, but it's not for me," the "Allegiant Part 1" actor told Flaunt magazine of his decision not to open a social media account.

"If I post a picture of us having a drink now and get loads of views or comments and stuff, then suddenly you're quite exposed and you're in a world of work. I just like being present."
