“Outlast 2” trailer released just in time for Halloween.

Horror games are always lots of fun to play because it is challenging and gives players an adrenalin rush when scares pop up all of a sudden. While it is fun to play horror games during the year, it is the Halloween festivities that are the cherry on top.

The “Outlast 2” trailer was just released and already looks creepy and disturbing.

“No conflict is ever black and white. But once the dust has settled, the victors get to devide who was right and who was wrong. Who is good and who is evil,” said Red Barrels Co-Founder Philippe Morin on Playstation Lifestyle. “Human nature pushes us to extremes of violence and depravity, which we then justify by divine inspiration and a promise of paradise to come.

“Horror rises from desperation and blind faith. ‘Outlast 2’ will test your faith, pushing players to a place where going mad is the only sane things to do.”

IGN reported that there the upcoming sequel will feature signature features of the original game, an all new setting and even new character.

There is no exact release date announced but it is reported that “Outlast 2” may be reportedly released in Fall of 2016. It will also be coming to Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC and Mac.

“Outlast” is a first-person survival horror video game that revolves around a freelance investigative journalist names Miles Upshur. He decides to investigate a remote psychiatric hospital, Mount Massive Asylum, deep in the mountains of Colorado. Despite the warnings he still investigates and soon discovers why people stay away.
