Rob Kardashian Gives Up Kidney For Lamar Odom? 2015 Is 'KUWTK' Star's Year As 'Father’ Is Back?

Just like Lamar Odom, 2015 may purportedly serve as a comeback year for Rob Kardashian as well. Following a recent sighting of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, rumors abound that the young Kardashian was keen on being around for Odom in his time of need.

According to a report on Mail Online, the  "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was even open to giving up one of his kidneys for the former NBA player if the need arises.

"Rob is willing to do whatever it takes to help Lamar recover," an insider told the source above." If that means donating a kidney then so be it, Rob has a big heart and he's willing to step up to help his friend."

Rob Kardashian won't need to give up his kidney for Lamar Odom this 2015. As reported by TMZ, the former NBA player's health has improved. His kidneys, for one, has purportedly been responding now after several rounds of dialysis. The report even claimed that the former NBA player may not even need a transplant anymore.

Aside from the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star, fans have apparently also volunteered to donate their kidney to Odom as mentioned by the Mail Online source.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star's willingness to donate one of his kidneys seemingly was no surprise to the public as he appeared close to the former NBA player. His sister, Khloe Kardashian, even recently opened up that Odom was a "father figure" to Rob.

"Rob doesn't have a father figure in his life," Khloe Kardashian said about his brother and Odom in a 2015 interview with People magazine. "Lamar was [Rob's father figure]. Once Lamar left - and it's not Lamar's fault at all - I think Rob didn't know where to go. He was like, 'I don't have guidance anymore.'"
