Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are settling their divorce but the rumors that are going around doesn’t seem like they’ll be dying any time soon.

The Ben Affleck-Jennifer Garner tandem began in mid-2004 after acting with the actress in “Pearl Harbor” and “Daredevil.” They began as friends, got married in 2005 and had three daughters together.

Despite getting a divorce after 10 years together, the two Hollywood stars have decided that they would continue to love with their children under the same roof. However, it was recently reported that the couple might not have the civil ending as hoped.

Closer Weekly reported that Jennifer Garner was spotted and photographed with a mystery guy while picking up her children from a Halloween Party in Malibu, California last Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015.

“Clearly no stranger to Garner’s kids as he held on to her daughter’s bike seat,” reported Radar Online. He was wearing a white tee and jeans as he helped Garner’s daughter get around while wearing a costume.

It was reported later on by a source close to the Hollywood actress that the mystery man was actually Garner’s neighbor.

This is not the first time that Ben Affleck-Jennifer Garner rumors have run amok. Ever since the announcement of their divorce, they couple was surrounded by pregnancy rumors and, most recently, Affleck getting back together with his ex, Jennifer Lopez.

Even prior to their divorce the “Gone Girl” star was caught up in a scandal where he allegedly had an affair with the nanny of his children. IBTimes reported that Garner already forgave Affleck over the nanny scandal and decided to work the divorce out.
