Latest ‘Clash Of Clans’ Update To Be Out In December? Patch To Feature New Defensive Structure

There's a likelihood that the highly-anticipated update for the "Clash of Clans" may not come in November as earlier expected but in early December.

This developed after SuperCell, the developer of the widely popular mobile gaming app, recently announced in its official Facebook page that it was still working on the update which could take at least a few weeks, reported All Clash.

"Hi Douglas! We're still working on the update and it's going to take some weeks until its rolled out, but hopefully we'll start releasing some more info on what's coming soonish! We'll keep you guys posted," SuperCell said, as it responded to query made by a fan regarding the release date of the "Clash of Clans," update.

Another factor which may possibly affect the timeline for the release of the latest "CoC" patch are the periodic maintenance breaks being undertaken by the Finland-based company in its effort to address certain gameplay issues.

Supercell conducted two such maintenance breaks last Nov. 4 and 5 to remove gem boosts and fix frozen live replays.

Many fans were a bit disappointed during the recently held ClashCon 2015 when SuperCell was unable to give major announcements for the new gamers attending the conference, according to MNR Daily.

There were high expectations that the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update would benefit gamers who have only recently started playing the game.

Apparently, SuperCell's announcements were geared towards the more advanced gamers, such as the inclusion of a new Town Hall Level, which can only be accessed by the more advance players.

"Clash of Clans" gamers would however be pleased to know that the soon-to-be-released update will enable them to upgrade to Town Hall Level 11, which looks very unique with its white color and wide open chimney on top.

Another eagle-looing defensive structure has also been added to the game although it still hasn't been officially named yet.

The structure, which has been described as a "tank buster," will be able to do massive damage from a long distance and splash damage within a limited area.

Moreover, the forthcoming "Clash of Clans" update will also increase the game's map size to 44x44, allowing players to further expand their maps.
