“Diablo 3” patch 2.4.0 has more updates to look forward to.

This is good news for “Diablo” fans as the latest “Diablo 3” patch 2.4.0 has just been unveiled at Blizzcon. Blizzard Entertainment outlined all those included in the latest patch update.

IGN reported that the “Diablo 3” patch would include a new area called Greyhollow Island. This new area is a mystersious and dark foresty island that is coming after you. The land is said to reportedly “hungry for your blood”

With Eternal Woods and Royal Quarters expanding, Adventure Mode will be growing even bigger and there will be more things to go and explore.

The “Diablo 3” patch will also come with revamped set items where, according to the game’s website, nearly every one of the 24 class sets in the game will be revised and possibly upgraded.

Apart from the sets being upgraded, Blizzard will be adding 40 new Legendaries in the upcoming “Diablo 3” patch 2.4.0. The website stated, “We’re adding new powers to existing power-less Legendaries, introducing completely new items and even updating some existing powers that previously lacked that familiar orange text.”

“Empowered Rifts” is a new feature where the maximum number of Legendary Gem upgrades can be increased by one or, if you’re lucky, increased up to four times more. While it may sound like a treat, the amount this will cost you is based on the tier of “Greater Rift.”

There are a number of other updates to look forward to such as a revised Buff UI, Set Dungeons, Journey Revision and even change in the stash space.

“Diablo 3” is an action RPG game that is the third installment in Blizzard Entertinment’s “Diablo” franchise. Players get to choose among six character classes and must defeat the Lord Of Terror, Diablo.

The game had set a new record as the fastest-selling PC game with over 3.5 million copies within the first 24 hours of its release. It has sold over 30 million copies across various gaming platforms.

There is no announcement on when the massive “Diablo 3” patch 2.4.0 will be released, but it is something that Diablo fans should definitely look out for.
