"League Of Legends" Illaoi, the Kraken Priestess, was just revealed by Riot Games.

"Most champions arm themselves with swords or guns or magic or whatever, but Illaoi’s bringing a freakin’ god to the Rift," stated the Official League Of Legends Website. "One of the new breed of juggernauts, she’s a slow but impactful solo laner in any game, with tentacles that offer huge zone control once they worm their way into a game.

"And while she lacks traditional gap closers to start fights, she can pull the spirits from distant squishies and destroy them, rendering yet another vessel for Illaoi’s god, Nagakabouros."

According to Gamezone, "League Of Legends" Illaoi works well with the champions Orianna, Blitzcrank and Lulu. On the other hand, she reportedly has a hard time working with vayne, Janna and Ziggs.

"League Of Legends" Illaoi has her own set of special abilities that make her a formidable champion. Her Passive, "Prophet Of An Elder God" has her spawn a tentacle on a nearby wall. They interact with her abilities and last until killed or left dormant for a full minute.

The "Tentacle Smash (Q)" is where its passive ability is to heal the Kraken Priestess when a tentacle hits enemy champions. Its active ability summons a tentacle that slams down in a target direction and ends up damaging all the enemies.

"Harsh Lesson (W)," on the otherhand,is when Illaoi charges in for her next basi attack and deals with bonus physical damage before commanding the tentacles nearby to swing at her target.

"Leap Of Faith (R)" the Kraken Priestess goes into mid-air before slamming her idol into the ground which then damages all nearby enemies and, in turn, summons a tentacle for every enemy champion hit.

"Test Of Spirit (E)" is the most interesting ability this new champion has as it allows her to tear out an enemy's spirit and punish them in one of several ways.

These champions have a slew of unique abilities and are put into battle against a team of other players or a computer controlled team.The goal of each battle is to destroy the enemy's "nexus."
