The prelude to the "Legends of Tomorrow" will begin on Dec. 1 when the two-part crossover between "The Flash" and "Arrow" episode 8 finally arrives.

They will face a sinister villain in Vandal Savage who is said to be an immortal and it will take the combined effort of Team Flash and Team rrow to halt him from achieving his goals, at least. Apparently, Savage is after Kendra Saunders, also known as Hawkgirl as well as Hawkman.  

For those who want to see the synopsis of the two-part special, click here. On the lighter side of things, Stephen Amell has finally confirmed that he will don the Green Arrow signature look, the one with the goatee.

This is after denying any possibility of him growing a goatee for the role previously and here was his exact words: "100% no. Never. Our show could go 14 seasons and a goatee will never appear. Hope that clears things up. Forever," he wrote in his Twitter account via We Got This Covered.

But now, he finally had a change of heart and has confirmed that fans will finally see the signature look on the show, "Legends of Tomorrow."

"Went on a tongue in cheek tirade earlier this year about Green Arrow iconography / how it fit into our show. Proud to say it only took 3-ish months to make myself look like a total idiot. The point being... You want to avoid the term 'that will NEVER happen' under any and all circumstances," Amell wrote.
