According to People, "Megan Fox and Jake Johnson were seen locking lips while filming the second half of the fifth season of New Girl in Los Angeles on Friday... Fox has been filling in for Zooey Deschanel on the latest season of New Girl while Deschanel's character Jess is sequestered on jury duty - and Deschanel is at home on maternity leave with new daughter, Elsie Otter."

But by the seriousness of these scenes caught on camera on the set of "New Girl", Megan Fox might have become the pivotal character in the show.

Meanwhile, Zooey Deschanel seems happy enough to be at home with her baby Elsie Otter. According to her Twitter, the actress gave hints towards her baby's Halloween costume. She wrote, "Q. If you dress your baby in a black turtleneck is she dressed as a.)Audrey Hepburn b.)Steve Jobs or c.)Andy Warhol?"

Looks like Elsie Otter didn't get the sweet Halloween costume that she deserves!

"New Girl" actress did give Megan Fox her blessings earlier this fall when she tweeted about the other actress taking her role on the show. But it looks like tables are about to turn.
