"Men In Black 4" looks like it's taking a whole new direction.

The "Men In Black" series is a very popular commercial franchise that has has a popular animated series as well as a film series. While it has been three since it's last film release, the franchise as a whole still has a cult following that remains passionate up to the present day.

A "Men In Black 4" release date possibility made the Internet buzz with excitement and disappointment as well. There were rumors that went around stating that Will Smith may not make a return to his role as Agent J. This was a big blow to the franchise as Will Smith in his role as the newbie agent was one of the reasons why the franchise became so big.

However, IGN reported that there is a new development in the "Men In Black 4" film as a new character will be introduced into the franchise.

"There will be a prominent woman in black in the fourth [film]," producer Laurie MacDonald said on BBC. Her and her husband Walter Parkes worked on the original films and are also going to be working on the fourth film.

On questions as to whether Will Smith will be reprising his role or not Parkes replied "Never count Will out." This means that there is a possibility the now full Agent J will make a return is more likely with this hopeful statement from Parkes.

"Men In Black" is a comedy science-fiction film loosely based on "The Men In Black" comic book series. It follows the a super secret organization called the Men In Black, particularly the adventures of Agent K and newbie Agent J as they supervise extraterrestrial lifeforms who are living on Earth.

Since the release of the first film, two more films were created with the fourth film installment in the early development stages.
