"Fallout 4" PS4 update is already available.

The "Fallout 4" video is one of the most frequently played games since it was released and have captured the attention of gamers around the world. It was one of the most anticipated games of 2015, since it has been released, mods and gamers have diverted their full antention to making the game as entertaining as possible. 

Bethesda Game Studios have started their updates for the game consoles starting with the "Fallout 4" PS4 update. While Xbox users were more than disappointed that Playstation was first in getting the new updates, Bethesda assured Xbox users on Twitter that they will also be getting one later in the week. 

Polygon reported the full patch notes from Bethesda. There are the general memory and stability improvements, performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant and optimizations to skinned decal rendering.

Other fixed issues were targeted such as the issue where the player gets stuck in terminals, equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions, when quest "When Freedom Calls" wouldn't complete, where health continued to regenerate during "Confidence Man" plus the crash that happens when jumping into water and reloading saved games were fixed as well. 

The first "Fallout 4" PS4 update is already available, the Xbox Update will be expected later this week. 

"Fallout 4" is an open world RPG video game by Bethesda Game Studios and is that fifth major installment in the "Fallout" game series. The game is set in post-apocalyptic Boston in the year 2287 where players emerge from underground bunkers called Vaults 210 years after a devastating nuclear was has left the world in ruins. Players have to complete various quests and get certain experience points in order to level up their characters. Mods are also available to create a more customized gameplay.
