The highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 may have found its way to Europe. Ever since it's first ever game, the franchise has set locations around the United States. However, for the Grand Theft Auto 6, rumors have already surfaced that the latest installment could be around countries in Europe.

According to latinospost.com, Leslie Benzies, Head of Rockstar Games said that this next installment will be a culmination of 45 years worth of plans and ideas. Based on this report, the game is rumored to include different cities in the United States, such as Los Angeles, New York, Portland and Miami.

However, there are rumors going around that the game would be set in an entirely different country. Rockstar Games headwriter Dan Houser said that the game could possibly be in London while other sources say that the game would be in Middle Eastern areas that would feature terrorists.

Based on a report by christiantoday.com, it has also been rumored that Ryan Gosling would play the lead protagonist in the game's 6^th installment. The report states that his role in the film "Drive" led the developers of the game to believe that he would be fit for the part. This would not be the first time a celebrity was featured in the beloved game. Celebrities such as Ray Liotta, Andy Dick, Cara Delevingne, Fred Armisen and Iggy Pop have appeared in the game's previous installments.

Though rumors continue to be rampant, there is still no confirmation on the release date as the studio is still enjoying the rave reviews and sales performance of Grand Theft Auto V. Given this, there is still time for major changes such as location, era and lead actors to be made from this point on.
