'Hunter X Hunter' Manga Continuation Happening In 2016? Yoshihiro Togashi Making A Huge Comeback?

It looks like "Hunter X Hunter" manga continuation is on the horizons as the manga author, Yoshihiro Togashi, is reportedly getting better and is back on working on his highly popular series.

In a report by Movie News Guide, a fan posted a festival illustration of the series which was seen on Togashi's home town. See the tweet below.

Moreover, Crunchyroll reported that Togashi is indeed trying to make a comeback and fans might hear from him very soon.

This is a good sign to "Hunter X Hunter" avid fans as the series still has a long way to go and the authors has a lot of story to tell. The manga stopped at chapter 349 and the "Dark Continent" arc is just getting started.

However, Togashi might want to hasten things up as the uncertainty left by the manga also left a bad impression to some book stores in Japan. In a report by Youth Health Mag, owners of those stores are starting to phase out the manga.

"BookOff and other Japanese bookstores may have been fed up with the unpredictable production of the manga. Its production was put on hold since last August due to the series creator's serious lower back pain issues. Initially, it was expected to just be a two-week hiatus but got extended since Togashi has not recovered yet," as stated in the website.

"The series have been declared finish and bookstores are selling the 32 volumes of the "Hunter x Hunter" manga series as a complete set for around 7,000 yen, or about $60. Japanese fans reacted with resignation while others protested the label."
