Eric Nam Dresses As An Asian Jedi In 'Star Wars' Parody
K-pop singer and television host Eric Nam expressed his desire to become the first Asian Jedi in a hilarious teaser video for his aired interview of Star Wars: The Force Awakens lead stars.
Last week, Eric Nam had the privilege of talking with John Boyega and Daisy Ridley, who plays the main characters of Finn and Rey, during a fan premier in Seoul for the latest installment of the sci-fi opera series.
Eric's interview with the two young stars was shown on Dec. 16 at night on Pikicast, and hours before its airing the idol thought of drumming up interest by posting an Instagram clip of himself playing a Jedi.
"Can I become the first Asian Jedi? Please? #StarWars you can cast me. I'm just saying," said Eric. "I'm waiting for your call Mr. Abrams."
Fans were greatly amused by Eric's attempt at becoming a Jedi, and the video ends hilariously with Eric hurting himself with his own lightsaber.
