Hyoyeon Meets Miley Cyrus's Trainer Rebecca Louis In Cosmopolitan

By Elsa B. | December 20, 2015 06:51 PM EST

Girls' Generation member Hyoyeon joined forces with fitness trainer Rebecca Louis (who has trained international stars like Miley Cyrus) for the January issue of Cosmopolitan.

The duo had a workout themed pictorial in a dance studio with mirrored walls. According to the magazine, "Hyoyeon exercised with renowned trainer Rebecca Louis. These two people understand that health is understanding your own body and steady movements. The special meeting took place because of Le Coq Sportif."

French brand Le Coq Sportif provided the exercise clothing seen in the pictorial. The two stars wore sports bras, tights, tank tops and sneakers while posing with core training balls and dumbbells.

During the interview, Hyoyeon talked about the body part that gives her the most confidence. She revealed, "For me, it's my back muscles. However, I don't really focus on my back. I typically do entire body exercises. And I always stretch before I go to sleep."

Meanwhile, Louis responded, "I'm confident about my stomach. I like ab exercises and I often do planks. If I get into a position, I can stay for about seven to eight minutes."

In other fashion news, Hyoyeon recently posed with her other eight band mates for the latest Casio's Baby-G watch collection lookbook.
