Courtesy of fan-sub teams, a new episode of "Dragon Ball Super" is now streaming online with English subtitles. Episode 28 is entitled "God of Destruction of the 6th Universe. His Name: Champa!" and can be streamed for free online using the website links provided below.

Synopsis/Recap:

This week's episode picks up with Vegeta and Goku's training in the aftermath of taking down Freeza. Whis has them doing pushups on their thumbs, when suddenly there is a crash on the planet. It wakes up Beerus.

The crash is the arrival of Champa and Vados. Champa is like Beerus with his appetite but much fatter. Champa tries to burst his way into Beerus' lair and is immediately met with a grumpy Beerus. After realizing who he is, Beerus invites him inside to sit down and talk.

Inside, Vados explains to Vegeta and Goku that Champa is the God of Destruction in the 6th universe. Champa has brought Beerus some Don-Don bird eggs. Champa announces that the 6th universe still has the best food. In exchange, Beerus gives Champa and Vados instant ramen, which obviously tastes better than what he brought.

Champa demands that Vados find the Earth of the 6th universe. Whis explains that there are 12 universes and that their current universe is the 7th one. It is almost identical to the 6th universe in terms of components.

Turns out that the Earth of the 6th universe was destroyed by war, so Champa decides to challenge Beerus to win possession of the Earth in the 7th universe to get access to the food. The challenge will be a five-member team from each universe. Beerus points out there's no way to switch Earth anyway. Champa however has six of the super dragon balls that can grant any wish.

Goku lobbies for Beerus to allow the contest so he can fight on the team against other powerful fighters from a different universe. Goku also announces that Bulma can probably help them find the last super dragon ball that Champa is missing.

Beerus accepts Champa's challenge.
