His buffness is a result of a training he had to go through for his new role in a movie called "Why Him?".

"Slated to star with Megan Mullally and Bryan Cranston, a buff and tatted Franco will appear as a cocky billionaire in a forthcoming comedy entitled, "Why Him?"... Franco took to Instagram to share a snap of his buff new physique," according to Instinct Magazine.

James Franco may have heard many times from his brother Dave that Lana Del Rey is just not that into him, but that doesn't mean that he will give up.
