The star-studded cast for the upcoming action film Cooperation will initiate filming this week.

Production company JK Film revealed on Friday, March 4 that filming for the movie will start Thursday, March 10.

The cast for Cooperation includes major stars such as Girls' Generation's Im Yoona, Hyun Bin, Yoo Hae Jin, and Kim Joo Hyuk.

The storyline focuses on North and South Korean investigators who secretly cooperate to capture a criminal gang.

Yoona's character in the film is her acting as Yoo's sister-in-law.

The film will be directed by Kim Sung Hoon.

Yoona is no novice when it comes to acting as she started in 2007 with a minor role in MBC's drama Two Outs in the Ninth Inning.

Television dramas that Yoona starred in were You Are My Destiny (2008), Cinderella Man (2009), Love Rain (2012), and Prime Minister and I (2013).
