Hayden Christensen Might Not Reprise The Role Of Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader In ‘Star Wars Episode VIII’: Find Details Of Cast, Release Date Here

''Star Wars: Episode VIII,'' is the eighth instalment of the Star Wars saga will open in cinemas on Dec 15, 2017. The speculation of the reprise of the role of  Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader continues.

This upcoming American epic space opera film is being directed by Rian Johnson, and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures will distribute the film worldwide. ''Star Wars: Episode VII- The Force Awakens'' which was released in 2015 was the first instalment in this trilogy and ''Star Wars: Episode VIII'' will be the second instalment.

''Star Wars: Obi-Wan & Anakin is a Marvel comic book miniseries by Charles Soule, with art by Marco Checchetto. The five-issue series is set three years after Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and focuses on Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan, Anakin Skywalker'' wikia mentioned.

''A Padawan referred to a Force-sensitive adolescent who trained in the Jedi Order to one day become a Jedi. Padawans were known as Jedi younglings at first, and trained in classroom settings with multiple students and a teacher'' was the clarification given by wikia.

YouTube has a video uploaded entitled ''Obi - Wan Kenobi Vs Darth Vader HD.'' ''Hayden Christensen's return is baffling "Star Wars" fans and it seems he won't don the black helmet in episode 8 after all'' reported YHM.

''A team in the U.K. are soon heading to the U.S. to begin training Hayden Christensen for a Star Wars: Episode VIII appearance of some sort'' clarified cinemablend. ''According to Making Star Wars, who have been all over the new Star Wars beat, Hayden Christensen, who plays Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, may be coming back for Episode VIII. Again, they stress this is a rumor, but one of their sources told them'' they further clarified.

''However, the return of Hayden Christensen to "Star Wars" remains blurry, given that Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader seems to have perished in the last installment of the franchise, "Return of the Jedi" released in 1983. Now, if indeed Hayden Christensen reprises his role in "Star Wars," after "The Force Awakens" has been released, it could be as Anakin and not Darth Vader'' mentioned YHM.

IMDb has the entire cast of this upcoming movie which includes Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Carrie Fisher as General Leia Organa, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Daisy Ridley as Rey, John Boyega as Finn, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Lupita Nyong'o as Maz Kanata, Domhnall Gleeson as General Hux, Anthony Daniels as C-3PO, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, Andy Serkis as Supreme Leader Snoke, Benicio del Toro, Laura Dern, Kelly Marie Tran complete the cast of this upcoming movie.
