Chapter t480 of "Fairy Tail" is already online through Manga Stream. The current chapter provides an update on the situation on Magnolia and in various fronts. Jacob of the Spriggan 12 was already defeated but that doesn't mean the guild is already out of danger...far from it. Before any spoilers and predictions on what could happen in the future chapters, here's a recap of the latest events.

Natsu thanks Brandish, who now returned to her cell, in saving his life. While Brandish realizes the power of the guild, she warned them about the upcoming danger as August could lead the next attack. Guild members are repairing the building while Mavis and Cara went underground to retrieve her true body. However, Mavis' instruction on how to retrieve her body would require "Fairy Glitter" so her projection is destroyed and she can get out of the Lacrima. This means Cara has to attack Mavis to get her body out.

Meanwhile the northern front were shocked that the front line defenders were overpowered. Sting, Rouge, Yukino and others were paraded on a cross. The southern front area of Wendy and Sherria is now calm but Neinhart of the Spriggan 12 showed up to challenge the remaining members of the guild.

The upcoming chapters will be an epic simultaneous battle in Magnolia, southern and northern front. User blfan of My Anime List Forum predicts, "So the North forces were destroyed, and luckily for them the enemy are too arrogant to just kill them, they want to make a big show for Fairy Tail, okay they will regret it. But Fairy Tail alone can't turn this around, they will need reinforcements and that has to be the rest of Crime Sorciere shows up. That means that is when Yukino reunites with her sister..." User Gabe from Naruto Forums also predicts that August doesn't have a chance when Mavis finally gets her body back, "August will probably be taken out by Mavis if she is brought back to life."
