A few months back there were some rumors that the ''Gladiator'' famed actor Russell Crowe and ''You've Got Mail'' famed actress Meg Ryan have started dating again. They have been no news confirming this rumor so far.

It was reported that Crowe and Ryan after breaking up with their respective partners were lonely and their old flame ignited again. Crowe had married Australian singer Danielle Spencer in 2003 after staring their relationship in 1989. However, the married life lasted till 2012 and the duo separated. Even though they have two sons together, Charles Spencer Crowe and Tennyson Spencer Crowe, the bond did not last longer.

Ryan separated from American singer-songwriter John Mellencamp in 2014 and had submerged herself in work. 54 year old Ryan was busy with her directorial debut ''Ithaca'' which was released on Oct. 23, 2015 at Middleburg Film Festival. Prior to that, she played the role of Mary Farrow in ''Fan Girl'' which was released on Jun. 17, 2015 at Los Angeles Film Festival.

The 52 year old Crowe is busy with his upcoming movie ''The Nice Guys'' where he plays the role of Det. Jackson Healy. It is in post-production now and will be released on May. 20, 2016. He played the role of Jake Davis in the movie ''Fathers and Daughters'' which was released on Oct. 1, 2015 in Italy and will be released on Jul. 8, 2016 in the US.

In spite of the fact that there were rumors of the celebrities dating who had hooked up romantically in 2008, some news sources negated the news. ''Meg Ryan has NOT "run back" to ex-boyfriend Russell Crowe, despite a fabricated tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this rumor. As per the latest update on The Globe and Mail, Crowe is busy with his ''rare comedic role'' in the upcoming movie ''The Nice Guys.'' The trailer too is uploaded on the site.
