Big Bang set date for comeback album ‘Made’ next month

Sotuh Korean boyband Big Bang already prepared their comeback album before their members enter mandatory military conscription. YG Entertainment has released a teaser poster for the album,  set to be released on December 12, 2016.

They promised that their comeback album will be an epic one. “Made” is their full album showcasing Big Bang's power and influence as the most influential and iconic K-Pop boyband. YG Entertainment recently released the new teaser poster for the new album.

In the poster, Big Bang's fivemembers are pictured walking on the road with the album release date written on top of them. Big Bang also scheduled their final concert “BIGBANG10 The Concert 0.TO.10 Final” on January 7-8, 2017.

“Made” is the closing act of Big Bang's “M.A.D.E.” project, which started last year. According to Korea Times, Big Bang has released four singles - each bearing one letter of the album’s four-letter name, from May to August last year.

The “M.A.D.E.” project was initiated by YG Entertainment to commemorate Big Bang's 10th year anniversary. The group was formed in 2006 with their debut performance on August 9 at the Seoul Olympic Park. A month later, they made their first TV debut with their first single, "Big Bang."

In order to celebrate their 10th year anniversary, Big Bang performed their second world tour titled “MADE World Tour” in four legs. The tour started May 2015 with first leg in Asia, followed by the second leg in North America, the third leg in Oceania, and the last leg back in Asia. The tour ended with final performance on March 6, 2016 at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, attended by 39,000 fans.

“MADE World Tour” has been performed in 15 countries and attended by 1.5 million fans worldwide. The tour is recorded as the largest tour ever performed by any K-Pop artist.
