Heechul reveals what Super Junior means to him

By Carlo Rodriguez | November 25, 2016 06:53 PM EST

Heechul had recently revealed what Super Junior means to him and his words definitely melted a number of hearts.

According to Allkpop, Heechul was interviewed by OSEN on November 23 and there he was asked about what his group meant to him. The question in itself may have been a bit dragged and over asked but still, questions like these always seem to bring out the best answers. Heechul responded heartwarmingly saying, "In the past I can say we were like family but now, we are most definitely like a married couple; that kind of relationship where you can still sleep in the same blanket after fighting with each other. Right now we are at the point of our relationship where we can always come together even as we get old and without promotions. Honestly, I always try to think of cool things to say when asked this question but right now, no words are further needed."

The 33-year old singer also admitted that he wasn't exactly an expressive person and usually does not tell his fellow Super Junior members how he actually feels about them. So with all his charm and cheerfulness, it is actually difficult for him to express his emotions. But he also said that he shows his support by watching his group mates in their solo engagements.

Soompi reports that the group had just recently celebrated their 11th anniversary as a group this November following their debut way back in 2005. The group became quickly became the most popular group in South Korea and had played an active and important role in the spread of k-pop throughout the world.

Right now, there are only 4 active Super Junior members while the rest are inactive due to their military service. Super Junior may not be as active as they once were, mostly due to the fact that most of their members are in the military, but Heechul has expressed how much he is looking forward to the return of Siwon, Eunhyuk and Donghae who will all be finishing their military services soon.
