CL's Instagram Posts Hints of a Possible New Music Video

CL has finally gotten herself into the Christmas spirit as she recently posts a series of images on her Instagram account which fans could only guess to be teasers for an upcoming music video.

On December 20, the singer-rapper had posted several images on Instagram showing CL in what seems to be a filming site for a new music video. Adding more fuel to the fire, she also posted a video wherein she is seen being recorded on a monitor screen, donning a cool outfit and a high ponytail, Allkpop reports.

If the fans' speculations are true, then this would in fact be CL's first comeback in Korea as well as the first music she will be releasing after the disbandment of her group. Fans are still reeling in on the fact that the legendary k-pop group 2NE1 has already disbanded and that CL, Dara, Bom and Minzy have all parted ways.

Furthermore, CL had also just recently wrapped up her North American tour and acquired considerable success. It is no secret that the k-pop icon is trying to break into the US music scene and so far, she is making quite the progress. In August, she released her first English language track titled "Lifted" and it quickly entered the Billboard Hot 100 upon its release. She even performed the song on "The Late Late Late Show with James Corden." Not only that, TIME Magazine had even made a feature for her calling her as the "Future of K-Pop in America."

If you're hoping to hear from CL once again, then you're definitely in luck as it has been reported by Soompi that she is set to perform on SBS Gayo Daejun with fellow YG artist G-Dragon. This would mark CL's first appearance and performance in Korea since 2NE1's disbandment.

Her collaboration with G-Dragon has become one of the most anticipated performances of the show. Who else is excited to see CL perform with G-Dragon?
