I.O.I Bids Goodbye, YMC Entertainment Ends Fanclub [VIDEO]

For over a year, I.O.I entertained a lot of people, thus everyone falling in love with their beauty and sheer talent. Although, everything isn't permanent and the idols need now to step down as members of YMC Entertainment girl group. The termination news of their fan club and fan cafe adds more to the sorrow the fans are having.

In the wake of their last performance this Jan. 22 in Seoul, the temporary girl group I.O.I also plan to shut down their official fan club along with their fan café. "For a while, we had been discussing whether or not to have this fan cafe continue to exist. In the end, we have decided to close it down," YMC Entertainment told everyone.

Initially, the company thought of transferring it but they thought closing it can better be a good farewell for all the fans that spend time cheering the girls. A good closure is what everyone needs for I.O.I's individual success.

On the other hand, I.O.I also had their last goodbye with their family and friends. This includes their close relatives and crews who were with them for the last nine months as YMC Entertainment temporary girl group. After singing their disbandment song "Downpour," they all gathered to celebrate the fruitful times of being together.

Likewise, I.O.I. members showed their deep appreciation for each other; they apparently wanted more to spend time bonding but their individual activities hindered them. Their last January 22 performance in Seoul has been the group's last chance to be all together.

Each I.O.I girl will begin a new beginning as either idol band member or solo artists. Some of them will be debuting again with DIA, Gugudan, Pristin, and Cosmic Girls. In all, every one of them can still be followed by their fans yet it's not the same as before when they are in a single band.
