AOA’s Hyejeong Not Happy With Her Weight; What’s Her Diet And Work Out Routine?

AOA's Hyejeong is aiming to look like her pre-debut days, which is five years ago. The singer admitted that she is focused on losing weight for their comeback album.

In an interview with InStyle, Hyejeong said that after the AOA debut, she continuously gained weight. As a result, she decided to stick to a goal for herself. However, it seems Hyejeong is not a stickler to diet and usually cannot control how much she eats.

Hyejeong also bared her work out routine saying that she sometimes skip working out. She prefers running outside rather than on a treadmill as she likes to feel the wind on her.Together with other members of AOA, Hyejeong is busy preparing for the release of their first album and their official concert. However, the thing that worried her the most is her weight, and not the pressures of her work.

With her looks and talent, Hyejeong is one of the most idolized members of AOA. According to Koreaboo, she is happy to be an idol, but still feels the pressure to constantly check on her weight and improve herself on all aspects. Hyejeong feels fortunate that she has parents who support her and love her job as well.

At a young age, Hyejeong knows that there is still a long road ahead in her career. After all, AOA's first official album is still on the works. To go farther, she needs to constantly improve herself, the singer admitted. She believes that the road to being an idol is very difficult, but it is full of joy and happiness.

AOA, who made their debut in 2012 with "M! Countdown," has been surrounded with intrigues like Seolhyun being given more air time than the other girls. Other AOA girls are Chanmi, Choa, Jimin, Yuna, Mina and Youkyung.
