Alex will not be around for BP Rania's future promotions for "Make Me Ah." This was confirmed by the group's agency, DR Music on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

DR Music made the announcement on their official Facebook page, reports Soompi. Apparently, Alex was approached by a major established production company and has offered her an acting opportunity.

DR Music agreed to take the opportunity for Alex, despite conflicts in schedules. She will be flying to the US to shoot for the still unnamed project.

Because of this, Alex won't be able to join with other BP Rania members to promote for the song "Make Me Ah" which is a part of the group's latest mini album "Start A Fire."

However, the DR Music reassures the fans that Alex would still be an official member of BP Rania. Once she finishes the shoot in US, Alex will immediately rejoin the group in Korea as they promote for their latest album.

"Please continue to support Rania in their upcoming stages and send positivity to Alex while patiently and excitedly awaiting her to return," said DR Music. They also said that they cannot wait to share the exciting things currently in the works for BP Rania this year.

Alex has been quite a hot topic in the Kpop business, reports Inquisitr. She made the headlines as she became the first African-American girl to become a member of a Kpop group and the leader of the third generation of Black Pearl Regeneration Idol of Asia or BP Rania, for short.

Alex caught the attention of Kpop fans once again as she will be a contestant of "Unpretty Rapstar." The said music competition is currently on its fourth season.

It will be good for Alex to join the said music competition as it will give her more exposure. These exposures might give her more projects in the future.
