In other news, SM Entertainment recently made changes to their trainee contracts after being investigated by Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC). According to Soompi, KFTC question the agency's Article 6.3.

SM Entertainment's Article 6.3 states that a signee of the agency must not do anything that will hurt the artist's dignity and the company's credibility and other artists' as well. KFTC scrutinized a sub-clause of the article that stated "canceling contracts for ambiguous reasons".

Since the KFTC have planned to revise the contract, SM Entertainment has decided to remove the sub-clause entirely. The decision was passed on March 7.
