Which Famous Boy Group Featured In New York Time's 'What Music Do Americans Love the Most?'

The New York Times recently released a list titled 'What Music Do Americans Love the Most?' Fans of K-Pop were quite thrilled and impressed to see that this famous boy group made it on the list!

That's right, BTS have yet again earned another amazing achievement as they represent the K-Pop category in this long list. There were over 55 detailed entries and BTS came in at #44!

New York Times created 50 maps that, according to their post, "map the contours of music fandom and culture in the United States by using YouTube's geo-coded streaming data." They continued saying they "looked at the 50 that were most watched on YouTube in the United States between January 2016 and April 2017" as well as on this spring's Billboard Top 100.

BTS impressed as they came in at #44 in the resulting list. It seems international ARMYs really show their love and support for BTS! Some of the stars on the list include hit singers such as RihannaJustin BieberThe Chainsmokers, and Beyonce.  Check out the map below that details BTS' popularity in the U.S.A. The darker purple regions represent where they are most popular.

Congratulations again to BTS!
