A recent photo of EXOs D.O with his hair completely shaved off has recently been circulating throughout the internet and fans, as well as netizens, were worried if the idol had begun the process of entering his mandatory military enlistment! 

Turns out, the photo was actually of him with fellow castmates mates for a movie he is currently working on titled 'Swing Kids.' In the movie, ironically enough, D.O is actually playing the role of a North Korean soldier but he isn't actually going to the military. In fact, he shaved his head in order to capture a more realistic side to his character. 

The movie is set during the Korean War at the Geoje Prison, which kept North Korean prisoners of war. The current trend in Korea are movies that involve rebellion, war and more, such as in the recently popular film 'Taxi Driver.' Fans are expecting D.O's performance to be outstanding and the movie to perform great as well. However, it didn't stop everyone from being surprised by his bald and bold Instagram upload!
