The seven-member Korean boy band BTS, also known as the "Bangtan Boys," has taken the world by storm. The group came into limelight in June 2013, when it released its first single, "No More Dream," from the album 2 Cool 4 Skool.

Since then, BTS has enjoyed a lot of performances and won the hearts of fans. The group's following has gotten bigger than ever, with its fan base getting more loyal as years pass by. They are dedicated to their idols. It is also important to note that, just like their stardom that touched not just Korea but other parts of the world, BTS' talent has gained traction and a fan base all around the globe, with Hollywood celebrities joining the following.

To support this, take a look at just how BTS won the 2018 iHeartRadio Awards. The group won the award for Best Fan Army early this year, besting other international fan bases as well, including the Beliebers (Justin Bieber), Arianators (Ariana Grande), Harmonizers (Fifth Harmony), Lovatics (Demi Lovato), Selenators (Selena Gomez), Swifties (Taylor Swift), among many others.

Clearly, the fans of BTS, collectively known as BTS Army, went head to head with the fans of some big names in the field, but with the vast reach of its music and the wide number of followers, the K-Pop group's supporters easily won the coveted award.

Certainly, breaking into the international scene has since gathered the group a lot of fans. That said, here are things that fans (or not) might be interested to know about BTS.
