Taeyeon Specifies Girls' Generation's Most Difficult Song + Reveals Meaning of Tattoo

Girls' Generation Taeyeon opened up about her group's hardest choreography and her tattoo on the new episode of "Begin Again 3."

Taeyeon and her team's second day in Berlin, she stretched as soon as she woke up. She then went outside her room and joined the others for breakfast. While eating at the dining table, Taeyeon shared with Kim Hyun Woo and Paul Kim, "My legs hurt so much" and talked about how tired she was from their busking. She said, "My knee hurts. I danced wearing high heels for ten years, so it looks like it injured my knee."

Kim Hyun Woo then brought up Girls' Generation's song "Catch Me If You Can," which is known as the group's most challenging with regard to choreography. He commented, "It's so cool, so I have searched for it so many times now. But it appears like you don't do it so much."

Taeyeon explained, "That song's step arrangement is tough. We avoid doing it too because it's really difficult. It's like when I sing that song; I could taste blood. Sometimes you could taste it when you exercise with a lot of effort." She added, "Many people really love that song, but it's the most back-breaking."

Later on, as the group was in the car going somewhere, Lee Juck noticed Taeyeon's tattoo on her nape and asked, "What does it say?" Taeyeon detailed, "It says purpose. It means 'a goal' because I don't want to live a pointless life."

Taeyeon also has other tattoos. She has the word "cool" written on her upper right arm; "serenity" above her right elbow; an "F" on her right middle finger and an "I" on her right thumb, which represents her solo tracks. The artist also has her zodiac sign Pisces inked on her left middle finger with a small fish.

On another news, Taeyeon recently performed in the middle of a crowd in Berlin, making many people fall for her fantastic voice and excellent delivery. She made everyone stand in awe with her emotional version of Adele's "When We Were Young," and viewers can see that a lot of people in the audience couldn't contain their feelings and shed tears.

"Begin Again 3" airs every Friday at 10 p.m. KST. Joining Taeyeon in the show are Lee Juck, Paul Kim, Jukjae, and Kim Hyun Woo.
