Her agency, SM Entertainment, has made a statement following the death of Sulli, telling that Sulli had 'left our side'.

SM Entertainment said,

'We apologise for conveying such sad and unfortunate news. Sulli has left our side.

'We cannot believe the situation now and we are just filled with grief.

'For her family who is grieving after the sudden news of her passing, we earnestly request that you refrain from writing speculative articles or spreading rumours. We express our deep condolences.'

Sully was still signed to the said agency even though she already left f(x) in 2015. She even released her debut single album in June entitled Goblin.

The celebration of the release of the album was simple, Sulli only had a special stage at the SM Town Theatre which is called Peaches Go!blin.

Sulli started as a trainee in SM Entertainment wherein she shares a dorm with Tiffany and Taeyeon, one of the members of Girls' Generation before she became a part of the Korean girl group f(x) in 2009 together with Amber, Victoria, Luna, and Krystal.

SM made an announcement that Sulli would be leaving f(x) in 2014 after experiencing some difficult problems because of trolling.

The statement that was released of SM before reads,

'f(x) member Sulli became mentally and physically exhausted from the continuous, malicious comments and false rumours, and has expressed her wish to take a break from her celebrity activities for the time being. 'After careful deliberation and taking her wish into consideration, we will reduce her activities and let her take a break for the time being.'

all over the world expressed their sadness on different social media platforms after they found out that Sulli was found dead. Most of them also expressed their condolences and sympathy to the family of Sulli.

Sadly, the death of Sulli happened less than two years after it has been reported that Jonghyun, another SM artist, found d3ad and depression was once again the problem.

Jonghyun died on December 18, 2017, at the age of 27. Jonghyun was one of the closest friends of Sulli and the latter also attended the funeral of the SHINee singer.
