KBS' new Drama, Woman of 9.9 Billion has been getting a lot of attention since it was debuted. It was announced that the award-winning actress Jo Yeo Jeong will take the lead role of the main protagonist. This is the next project after her performance in the highly acclaimed and award-winning movie, Parasite.

Woman of 9.9 Billion presents the story of a woman who accidentally earned a huge amount of money. Jung Seo Yeon (Jo Yeo Jeong) got the chance to get 9.9 Billion Won ( $9 million US Dollars) and she fights against the cruel world. Jung Seo Yeon is surrounded by several greedy people looking for a chance to harm and take advantage of her.

The main female character suffered from domestic violence from her own father. She lives a very miserable life. When given the chance she left their home and started a new life with a very affectionate man, but it didn't take long her happy love life ended so soon. She somehow was struggling to find the happiness of her life along the way.

Because of having a huge amount of fortune Jung Seo Yeon came across some different challenges that she must face. The main character must gather up all her strength to protect herself and also her fortune. Attempting to find her happiness Jung Seo Yeon did not miss the opportunity to make use of the only chance that life has given her.

Kang Tae Woo (Kim Kang Woo) on the other hand is an ex-detective who attempts to investigate and to reveal the truth behind the death of his younger sibling.
Jung Woong in the role of Hong In Pyo is Seo Yeon's husband which is the main antagonist in this drama.

Oh Na Ra is portraying the role of Yoon Hee Joo a total opposite of her appearance. She looks like a person with a warm and kind heart but she is a cold and distant person. Also, an additional character Lee Jae Hoon who plays the character of Lee Jae Hoon, the husband of Yoon Hee Joo. The story of this drama revolves around these characters.

Basically this drama is a thrilling story of a woman who must withstand and overcome the challenges in her life.  And the drama shows how the greed of money and power affects the people around you.
