An airport staff mistakenly leaked Dahyun's passport and the incident was recorded on video. JYP Entertainment has released an official statement regarding the issue. The agency said:

"Hello, I'm an official representative from JYP Entertainment.

There was an incident at the airport today about TWICE's Dahyun passport being leaked. Her personal information including her real name and resident address were recorded and spread online. This doing violates the Personal Information Protection Act so we ask all of you to please stop sharing these posts. This is also a threat to the singer's safety so please, let's prevent from sharing and spreading these information.

We would also like to inform you that the company will take legal actions regarding this situation. Thank you."
