On February 4th, the former BIGBANG member Seungri received an official notice for military enlistment. The Military Manpower Administration has announced that they have sent the singer a draft notice to remind him of his military enlistment since the case involving Seungri has already been investigated and indicted. The MMA once stated that as soon as the case gets closed, they will advise Seungri to enlist.

The MMA said, "We have continuously informed him that he should enlist after the investigations. There have been a lot of cases wherein trials got in the way of military service training."

"When he enlists in the military, the jurisdiction of his cases will be moved to the military courts. We will actively cooperate and work with the prosecution," they added.

Meanwhile, the MMA didn't release the exact date of Seungri's enlistment for privacy concerns. The singer was indicted without jail time last January 30 for the crimes related to prostitution, gambling, and violation of the foreign exchange acts.
