Ex-Nine Muses Member Moon Hyuna Announces She is Expecting Her First Child
Former Nine Muses member Moon Hyuna announced her pregnancy to the public on March 22!
Moon Hyuna announced the amazing news using her Instagram account saying that she is pregnant with her first child. She also uploaded a video of her ultrasound along with the caption, "Do not be shocked!" She ended it with "Let us both meet in June."

Along with the video, she wrote in her caption, "Hello everyone I am introducing you all to Bandi! Indeed I gained a lot of courage to share with you all this news. I have two hearts in me! Oh my gosh, I am gonna be a MOTHER!"
Moon Hyuna shared that she is 27 weeks long with her pregnancy and that the name "BANDI" is a Korean word that means "firefly."
It was in October of 2016 when Moon Hyuna decided to depart from Nine Muses wherein she was a member for six years. Her agency, Star Empire Entertainment confirmed the news.
Following this, she wrote her fans a handwritten letter and posted it on the group's fansite.
"I want everyone to know that I made this decision with deep contemplation and spent some time before coming up to this decision. It still does not feel real because I would always think of myself to laugh at chatting loudly with my co-members receive support from all of you and would always be happy like I always have from the beginning," she began.
There were times when we have difficult times and misunderstandings but Star Empire has this warm and family-oriented atmosphere so I am a little afraid of leaving, but as the oldest member of 9MUSES I will never lose my passion and will continue to work hard to show all of your the true color of Moon Hyuna more comfortably this time," she went on.
Moon Hyuna expressed her gratitude for her agency who accepted her and molded her to become an Idol. She ended her note by thanking all the fans who supported her and Nine Muses since debut.
Since then, her former group continued their path to success by having five members Hyemi, Kyungri, Sungah, Sojin, and Keumjo.
A year after leaving her group, the news reported that Moon Hyuna was finally getting married in September of 2017. Her agency at that time confirmed the news and further revealed that she will be marrying her businessman fiance.
The couple provided the venue of their wedding to the public, revealing that it would take place in Cheongdam of Gangnam District on September 3, with all of her former Nine Muses co-members invited in the event.
