The former Girl's Generation member Jessica Jung made a lovely cake on her 31st birthday.

Jessica who owns Blanc and Eclaire shared her baking skills through her vlog, Jessica Land. She especially made a cake to celebrate her 31st year in the world. She greeted her "Sparkles," the name she calls her fans, with a dainty kitchen-look as she was getting ready for baking a delectable pastry. "I usually spend my birthday with my fans," she said.

Jessica explained that since it would not be possible for them to do such fan meetings, she decided to create one on her YouTube channel. "Dore Dore" a café in South Korea, of which she is a regular customer, provided her the ingredients. She even mentioned that the store has a line of cute and yummy cakes in store to check out.

She revealed that she is set to make a 2 tier cake and it was her first time to make a detailed one. Jessica had to explain the step-by-step process of making the cake properly and how to apply a dollop of icing on the surface while holding the spatula correctly. She also mentioned that she likes red velvet cake and that is why she chose to make one.

Jessica enjoyed making her own birthday cake and even tried her best not to mess up while adding some frosting icing. "I intentionally wear purple to match with my cake," she said. She felt happy to have the finish-product cake. She wrote her fan-sign signature on top of it and sand a birthday song on her own.

"I wish that next year, I can spend my birthday with my Sparkles and Golden stars," she said in the end.

A lot of her fans gave their warm greetings on the comment section:

"A smile is a curve that sets everything straight and wipes wrinkles away. I hope your special day will bring you lots of happiness, love and fun. You deserve them a lot. Enjoy!"

"Seeing as this was about making food I was initially worried, knowing Jessica's history with food but it came out really well! Happy Birthday Jessica! You're so cute!"

"I remember that our ice pricess didn't good at cooking, but nowaday, she has many new skills. What a cute cake! Happy birthday our girl"

"Happy birthday Jessica! I adore you, you are my favorite singer forever"

Jessica started her career as a trainee after being scouted by a talent manager in one of the malls in South Korea, while on vacation. She then pursued the rigid training and later on debuted as one of Girl's Generation's members. After her controversial leaving with her band, she pursued her solo career. She also appeared in the 2012 drama series, Wild Romance.

Currently, her Youtube Channel, Jessica Land is subscribed by 388k followers. She once celebrated it by singing a cover of Disney Frozen's "Let It Go."
