BTS Jin's $3.4 million Hannam The Hill Apartment is now exclusively owned by his parents after he transferred.

Jin's lavish home is reported to have been handed over to his parents, according to Biz Korea on April 27. The report stated that his 35% remaining share was given to his mother and father. This expensive gift is something every parent would feel proud of.

This is not the first time that the "Worldwide Handsome" K-pop star bought a property within the upscale neighborhood in South Korea. It was reported that in July of 2018, he purchased his first abode in the said location, which is said to be around $1.52 million. However, he sold it the previous year for a bigger residence in the same area.

Back in January, it was in the news that Jin purchased a second luxurious house in Hannam The Hill, which he bought in October 2019. It was revealed that the said property cost around $3.7 million and around 2,200 square feet. It was speculated that he purposely bought the said residence for his parents.

Hannam The Hill is known for its expensive apartments in South Korea and houses a lot of celebrities and politicians. Han Hyo Joo, Choo Ja Hyun, and Lee Seung Chul are few of those public figures who are living in the aforementioned residential area. Given Jin's current stature, it's not surprising for him to purchase an opulent property.

Jin has shared a bit about his family in several instances. J-Hope even said that Jin talks to his mother for an hour. The K-pop artists also said that his mother would scold her if he adds MSG to what he is cooking.

One funny thing about Jin's dad was when he was younger, he told him that Santa Claus does not exist, and he bought him gifts instead. Thus, he said, he should be good to his father to have presents.

While a lot of famous idols have or will enlist this year, Jin might be going the same path this year. In an interview with the Bangtan Boys for their "Map of The Soul: 7" album, he revealed his sentiments about mandatory army service.

In the said press conference, Jin said, "I'm ready to serve anytime."

Thus, a lot of ARMYs began asking if BTS could be given a chance to be exempted from enlistment because of their global success. However, the possibility of BTS lacking members will happen if circumstances prevail. Also, it is yet to confirm whether he is heading for enlistment this year or not.

Meanwhile, the Bangtan Boys will perform and speak on the virtual graduation ceremony called "Dear Class of 2020" on YouTube in June.
