TXT Taehyun Earns American Singer Gallant's Praise For His Cover of "Episode"
TXT's Taehyun impressed fans with his cover of Gallant's "Episode," and the American singer and songwriter started to notice!
Taehyun took to social media on May 19 to post a video of himself singing an impromptu version of "Episode," one of several songs from Gallant's 2016 album "Ology."

In the caption, he wrote: "Back at the agency! I can't seem to find the instrumental!"
Later that night (local time), Gallant mentioned on his Twitter feed that his interest and ears had been attracted to the cover.
By posting, "Taehyun, u were hitting those notes bro," the musician commended Taehyun's riffs and voice before praising the rendition with a few clapping emojis.
On May 18, TXT returned to the music scene with "The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY," the third installment of their "The Dream Chapter" series. The group also released their music video for the track "Can't You See Me?"
Taehyun is the fourth member unveiled under the label Big Hit Entertainment for the new boy band TOMORROW X TOGETHER. He was presented with his preceding preview photographs posted on various social media platforms in a preview clip on YouTube tagged Introductory Film "What Do You Do?" published on January 17, 2019.

Meanwhile, Gallant provided fans a cryptic message about his possible joint venture with BLACKPINK's Rosé. Alas, BLINKs got furious after YG Entertainment allegedly it down.
There may be something somewhat less unforeseen among all the remarks from her renowned fans - alternative R&B singer Gallant letting Rosé know he had sent her a song.

Gallant is famous in the US entertainment world for his dynamic songs and powerful singing voice. He is well recognized to K-Pop fans for his collaborations with prominent Korean artists.
Among many others, Gallant has managed to work with Tablo of Epik High, Eric Nam, and MONSTA X. He once even covered the V of BTS's "Singularity" for a few seconds.
BLINKs were naturally delighted to see how the main singer of BLACKPINK had developed an interest in such an individual as highly regarded as Gallant has.
Some fans even anticipated it might be an opportunity for Rosé's long-promised solo to yield results.
But Gallant's reply to a BLINK on March 6 portrayed a completely different story. A fan started commenting "DO A COLLAB WITH ROSE" on Gallant's streaming Instagram broadcast.
In response, Gallant told the audience that after giving her the track, she did not expect to hear Rosé back, but to his shock, she did. He went on to explain, that being said, that he has no "great relationship with the firms of people."
Gallant's reaction has been vague, but fans take his reply to imply that YG Entertainment might have stopped the partnership well before it came to fruition.
