BTS's Jin is Officially "The World's Most Perfect Face" According to Dutch Scientific Analysis
On June 19, Friday, it was revealed by the Dutch visual arts team Sluis Painting that BTS's Jin was crowned "The World's Most Perfect Face"! On June 10, he was shortlisted as one of the candidates, and now he has won the crown. Let's check out the analysis here.
According to Sluis Painting, celebrities from 43 different countries went through facial analysis to determine who would be the most perfect male and female faces in the world. The team in charge used a combination of model digital face tehcniques and mathematical analysis based on facial measurements to determine who wins the crown.
Jin was one of the finalists, alongside Henry Cavill from the UK, and Jacob Elordi from Australia.
Sluis Paintaing used the Golden Ratio in analysize their face. The Golden Ratio determines a person's beauty based on facial features, positions of their eyes, nose, lips, and the distance between them. When analyzing Jin's face, they unconvered that his face's ratio is almost perfect scientifically.
Jin's face is perfectly symmetrical and ovular, which they say is rare. Not only that, but his ears are the perfect size, since they fit right at the middle third of his face. His eyes are also perfectly spaces, with the difference in width being considered as perfect since the space between his eyes is the same as the width of one eye, His nose is also perfect, since the edges of it line up perfectly with the inner corners of his eyes.
This is not the first time Jin's face has been scientifically proven to be handsome and perfect. Previously in 2019, CzDollic, a Czech doll design team, analyzed over 18,000 male faces from over 58 countries. From the faces analyzed, Jin came up on top, with them citing his perfect facial symmetriy, ovular features, and curved mouth. In 2018, a plastic surgeon said that out of 269 male Asian faces studied, Jin's matched the golden ratio; 1:1.618.

For "The World's Most Perfect Female Face" title, the crown went to American actress Ann Hathaway, who was up against German actress Laura Berlin and French-American actress Roxane Mesquida.
