These K-Pop groups and idols’ influence and dominance are indeed massive! Due to their successful songs that draw the attention of K-pop enthusiasts around the world, they are able to reach 1 Billion Views on YouTube, which is huge milestone in the K-pop industry!

It is indeed hard to reach such achievement, due to the competition within K-pop groups and idols. But the following names are not only proving that they are the Kings and Queen of producing hit songs and dance, but they also proved that they have a huge fandom who are willing to stream eagerly, listen to their song every day, exerting their full time and effort!

1. Gangnam Style (PSY)

Currently, the MV has 3.7 Billion views, with over 18 Million likes and 5 Million comments.

2. DDU DU DDU DU (BLACKPINK)

BLACKPINK, who reached 1 Billion Views with their DDU DU DDU DU MV, became the first Korean girl group to achieve this success! The song was released on June 15, 2018, which means it only took them one year, four months, and 27 days before reaching this goal on November 11 in 2019.

Currently, this MV has 1.2 Billion views. Furthermore, BLACKPINK, who debuted in 2016, is also the first K-pop girl group to have 900 Million views on YouTube with their debut song, BOOMBAYAH. This is their third song to reach such a record, along KILL THIS LOVE.

3. DNA (BTS)

One of the largest boy band in the world, BTS prove that they hold the power and influence after becoming the first K-pop boy group to reach 1 Billion views on YouTube with their hit song, DNA.

The track was released in September 2017 and was confirmed to achieve the major record on June 1, 2020, taking two years, eight months and 13 days to achieve it.

4. Gentleman (PSY)

PSY, who released another hit track in 2013 after the success of Gangnam Style, reach another 1 Billion views on YouTube through Gentleman. Three years and six months from its release, the song finally surpass 1 Billion in 2016, becoming the second MV of PSY to break the record.As of now, Gentleman has 1.3 Billion views.
