EXO Chanyeol and Rapper Loopy Feature in Devine Channel's MV for "Faded"
Producing team Devine Channel has officially released their first album!
Devine Channel is an LA based team of producers and writers founded by CEO's Kei Kwangwook Lim and Ryan Kim. Their motto is "hit after hit" and so far, they've stayed loyal to it. The unique producing team are experienced and excel in multiple genres of music including Pop, Hip Hop, R&B, EDM and more. Their cross-over sound is innovative and fresh, therefore appealing to worldwide audiences including Asia, US and Europe.They have worked with Kpop artists such as EXO, TVXQ, VIXX, Hello Venus, Dynamic Duo, Girl's Generation and Kang Daniel to name a few.
Devine Channel has wriiten and produced The Closer & Fantasy (VIXX), Whisper (TTS), Monodrama (Lay), Blind (4 Minute), Baby Don't Cry (EXO), Rumor and Steppin' (TVXQ), One Step (Miss A) and Sleepless Night (SHINee).
They have also co-written Fire (BTS), She's Dreaming (EXO) and Paradise (Hello Venus) as well as co-composed Be Ambitious (Dal Shabet),Tender Love and El Dorado (EXO).
Devine Channel has now released their first album "BYPRODUCT" on all music platforms along with the music video for their track "Faded" featuring none other than EXO's Chanyeol and famous Korean rapper Loopy. The song contains colourful beats and skilful rapping as well as singing with liberal use of autotune. The melody is emotional and dreamy. It tells the story of empty people living alone in a lonely city. The exceptional features only add to the sophistication of the track. Chanyeol's deep voice and unmatched rapping stands out in the track along with Loopy.
The other track in the album "Maekmal" features Dynamic Duo's Gaeko and monster rookie rapper Jo Kwang Il. It blends the East and the West with oriental sounds and trap.
