Kim Hanbin Has Been Appointed as Executive Director of IOK Entertainment
On September 28, Monday, it was announced that Kim Hanbin (B.I), iKON's former member and leader, has been appointed as IOK Entertainment's new executive director. He is only 23 years old internationally and 24 years old in Korean age.
Previously, it was revealed that Kim Hanbin was a shareholder under the company and that he along with others were up for the spot of new executive director. In the report, it announced his birth year, October 1996, how long his term of office will be, whether or not he is a new appointment, and what his major experiences and his current job is. The major experience that is listed is "singer belonging to 131 label". 131 Label is Kim Hanbin's own established music label.
A general meeting was held at 9:00 a.m. on September 28. It was reported that within the first forty minutes of said meeting, Hanbin was selected as the company's new executive director. He will be in office for three years.
Upon the announcement of the new "KIM HANBIN" trended on Twitter, with fans from all around the world congratulating Kim Hanbin on his new position. Additionally, IOK Entertainment's website has crashed due to the number of people flooding the website
