On October 1, FNC Entertainment, home to SF9, officially released a M/V Teaser for their lead single 'Shine Together' from their upcoming special album, 'SPECIAL HISTORY BOOK'.

The special album was announced on September 28, 2020. To celebrate SF9's fourth anniversary, SF9 revealed that they will be releasing their special album 'Special History Book' on October 5, 2020, 6:00 p.m. KST, consisting of three tracks including the lead single "Shine Together."

The group aims to express their utmost gratitude to fans for their constant love and support to the group via this special album on the occasion of their 4th debut anniversary.

The teaser is 31 seconds long and beautifully composed, giving a sneak peek into the wonderful world that SF9 has created for their fans. The essence is that of nostalgia as they members reminisce on what looks like their past selves. The mood is elevated by old tapes and pictures, post it notes, books and old manuscripts. This perfectly sets up the album which is aptly titled 'Special History Book'.

It seems as though, through the album the group aims to express gratitude to fans as well as to each other for always sticking together no matter what as well as promising to do so in the future.

The comments on the video are already flooded by emotionally overwhelmed fans who can't wait to see their idols again.

This special album comes after their first Korean studio album, First Collection, which was released on January 7, 2020 with the lead single "Good Guy".On January 16, SF9 took their first ever music show win with "Good Guy" on M Countdown and their 2nd win the next day on Music Bank. On July 6, 2020, SF9 released their eighth EP, 9loryUS, with the lead single "Summer Breeze". SF9 has released a total of 7 EPs and one studio album so far and fans can't wait to see what's next!
