Having completed 8 successful runs of the show, fans are overly excited about the 9th season of Show Me The Money, especially after the incredible lineup of producers was announced. The 9th season is set to showcase a new and unique competition format but will retain the same diverse cast of producers. The major difference will be in the final prize. The show's winner will receive the title of "Young Boss," who stands as the new force to be reckoned with in the hip hop scene.
Besides the usual prize money, the artist will also receive a considerable investment in their artistic endeavors, be it concerts, album production, marketing, or other business ventures.
This season consists of 4 producing teams: Zion.T & Giriboy, CODE KUNST & Paloalto, Dynamic Duo & BewhY, and JUSTHIS & GROOVYROOM.
On the afternoon of the 16th of October, 2020, the production presentation of Mnet "Show Me the Money 9" was held. The production presentation was attended by Kwon Young-chan CP, Ko Jeong-kyung PD, Dynamic Duo, BewhY, Code Kunst, Paloalto, Zion T, Giri Boy, JUSTHIS, and GroovyRoom.

"Show Me the Money" started its first season in 2012 as a hip-hop survival program and has now become one of the most potent reality shows representing Korea.
On the 16th of October 2020, the producers' corps revealed their feelings about starting a new season. Each of them showed their pride for the show's success and drew attention from fans of the show not just in Korea but also in worldwide.
ZionT said, "It's been a long time since I was filming a broadcast, so I was nervous, but as time passed, I felt like I was able to feel relaxed and judged well." When asked if a team is being held in check, Giriboy replied, "I have it, but I don't want to talk about it." Also, GroovyRoom's Hwimin replied with a chuckle saying, "It's two people, so I can sleep when one person works."
JUSTHIS, who gained attention with the appearance of 'Show Me the Money 9', gave a meaningful answer by saying, "I came out to accept the discomfort that occurs internally and externally in the music." Dynamic Duo's Choiza, who also participated in 'Voice Korea' as a judge, boasted, saying, "'Voice Korea was a little nice, but 'Show Me the Money' overall feel dangerous," referring to the incredible talent that poured in for this season.
Code Kunst said, "I became close with Paloalto hyung during the last season. This season, it is nice to be able to work on music right away without the need for the process of getting close to him." Gaeko said, "All the producers will try their best, but most importantly, we are trying to create music and stages that will remain forever. You can expect a lot."
"Show Me the Money" has become the longest-running reality survival program in South Korea. When asked about the difference between the previous seasons and this season, CP Kwon said, "The team play composition of participants and judges such as rapper and rapper, rapper and producer, etc. will be a highlight."
