'Home Alone (I Live Alone)' Preview EXO Kai Proud to Show His Home
EXO Kai will be the next K-Pop artist to appear on "Home Alone (I Live Alone)."
"Home Alone (I Live Alone)" is a reality show that presents South Korean celebrities' daily lives who live on their own. The program enables viewers and fans to have a closer look at their lives. Now and then, the stars of the show gather as members of the "Rainbow Club," with the host observing the lives of actors and actresses, comedians, athletes, K-Pop idols, and more.
A preview of the next episode features EXO Kai and Park Se Ri, featuring snippets of their everyday lives. Kai also unveils that he has been living alone for already four months. Additionally, the video teaser allows viewers to have a look at his elegant home.
The EXO member also shared, "There are really times when I needed to be alone. You know? I'm so happy, even with just staying still."
Another preview also showed the idol's adorable niece and nephew visiting the K-pop idol, and Kai persuades them to behave. EXO Kai asks, "Do you want to see me dance?" and his niece repeatedly answers, "No!" which made him laugh. As soon as the two left, Kai spent some alone time in pajamas, but his dog jumps onto the couch and sits beside him, trying to gain his attention. The idol ended up petting him and watches the television with his dog lying on his side.
The episode of "Home Alone (I Am Alone)," featuring EXO Kai, is set to air on Friday, Nov. 20, at 11:10 p.m. KST.
In other news, the K-Pop star is currently preparing for his much-anticipated solo debut, which was announced recently. On Wednesday, Nov. 11, at midnight KST, the first teaser photo for Kai's album entitled "KAI (开)" was released. On that same day, SM Entertainment shared more details about EXO Kai's upcoming solo debut. According to the label, the singer's first solo album will be out on Monday, Nov. 30, and will consist of six tracks. The pre-orders have also started last Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Apart from that, it was previously revealed that EXO Kai would appear on the variety show "Amazing Saturday" along with SHINee Taemin. The two idols were reported to have participated in recording the program last Friday, Nov. 6, and the episode is scheduled to air sometime in November.
Kai made his debut as one of the main dancers of K-Pop boy group EXO in April 2012 with the single titled "Mama." In January 2016, he made his acting debut when he was cast as the main lead for the web drama "Choco Bank." In October 2019, he debuted as a member of SM Entertainment's supergroup called SuperM along with his fellow EXO member Baekhyun.
Kai will be the fifth member of EXO to debut as a solo artist, following Chen, Suho, Baekhyun, and Lay.
