Kpop Celebrities Who Admitted Going Under The Knife

Let's not beat around the bush here. Plastic surgery is an epidemic in Korea and any idol that says they are 100% natural needs to prove it with a lie detector test. But any idol that comes out in the open and admits to getting some nips and tucks here and there, always earns my respect, so today we're going to take a look at some singers who haven't shied away from the plastic truth.

ZE:A's Kwanghee cracks me up for loads of different reasons. To start off, this man has gone under the knife more times than you've urinated in a week and he isn't afraid to admit it. The idol star appeared on "Strong Heart" where he revealed a pre-surgery photo of him and it looks entirely like another human being. He has dubbed himself the "Bluechip of Plastic Surgery," and has openly admitted that most of his face is fake, fake, fake. He's gotten so much work done that he cannot physically consume certain alcoholic beverages. He wasn't even bad looking prior to the surgery!

Kara's Goo Hara is one of my favorite female idols simply because she has the guts to admit that she's been cut here and there. The "Mister" singer has stated that she's had her eyes done and fillers injected into her nose. I just looked up what fillers do for the nose, and according to the Internet, fillers create a sharper nose bridge. Interesting. Since coming out of the plastic closet, the singer has said she feels freer than ever since she's told the world about her surgical woes. Though I'm not a fan of fillers, I respect the gal for coming out in the open with what she's done.

Singer Solbi was beautiful before she went on a plastic surgery frenzy. Solbi took a long absence from K-pop, and when she made a comeback, she was ridiculed for looking like she had way too many packages of ramens the night before. On an episode of "Shin Dong Yup and Ranking Women," Solbi admitted to getting work on her nose and eyes. On a recent episode of "Mamma Mia," the Koyote member said she wanted to get more plastic surgery to get out of a period of deep depression. She continued to say that she thought that changing her physical appearance would fix the inside, and didn't do it to look prettier. Solbi's mom, who was also on the show, voiced that she was quite upset when she found out about the procedures.

After School's Uee's older sister truthfully told the world that her sister did go under the knife to get the infamous double-eyelid look. Apparently her eyes were naturally uneven and the singer/actress wanted to get them evened out and had no qualms about admitting her surgical experience. Good for you girl! On a sadder note, netizens have attacked Uee for her non-existent pooch belly and demanded that she get liposuction to remove it. Oh, you sad netizens who sit behind computer screens and make fun of others. You sure are all wonderful people!

Ladies and gentleman, changing your outward appearance won't heal the scars inside. Emotional happiness is the key to true happiness in life. Seek the help you need to get yourself on the right path! Or if you feel good inside with the plastic outside, then don't let us stand in the way of your happiness.  The world is easier that way.
