Ever since JYP Entertainment debuted the nine-member girl group TWICE back in 2015, the "The Feels" performers have grown to become the best-selling and top-performing girl group of their generation.
As they enter their seventh year since their debut, TWICE is showing no signs of decreasing popularity, as their singles and albums continue to be record-breaking and the best-selling.
Of course, TWICE fans, ONCEs, are very loyal to the group and would constantly show their support in different ways.
In particular, a past video of TWICE member Dahyun is currently gaining attention on online communities as fans recall an emotional story.
In the video, which shows TWICE at their concert back on May 26, 2019, fans attending the event surprised Dahyun by singing her the happy birthday song, whose birthday was two days after the concert.
Seeing and hearing this, Dahyun couldn't help but burst into tears, and rhetorically asked, "Why are we so loved?" as her fellow TWICE members run to her to comfort and hug her.

However, when the video of Dahyun asking that question circulated on other platforms at that time, Dahyun was criticized for asking such a question, with netizens stating that the group only "got famous for their visuals and JYP Entertainment's reputation" instead of their talent, and proceeded to criticize their skills as well.
Now that three years had passed, fans have dug up the video and looked back at the incident. Many netizens showed their support as well, stating that the reason why TWICE is receiving so much love is simply because they deserved it.
Some of the comments said, "TWICE always has ONCE by their side," "No matter how many years it's been, it will still be ONCE who will support TWICE wholeheartedly," "Because they deserve it! That is all," and "If you fall in love with TWICE, you can't stop it," among similar others.
TWICE's Japanese Single 'Doughnut' Receives Gold Certification by the RIAJ
In other news, back on January 14, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced that TWICE's latest Japanese single album, "Doughnut," had become eligible for a gold certification after it was certified that the album had sold more than 100,000 album copies in Japan alone.
This marks TWICE's 15th album to hit the milestone, as well as make them the female foreign act with the most certifications from the RIAJ in Japan.

In addition, this also means that all of TWICE's Japanese releases such as their single, studio, and compilation albums, including "Doughnut" since their debut have received a certification from the RIAJ.
Meanwhile, "Doughnut" was released back on December 15.
