Kep1er appeared as guests on the February 2 episode of the MBC every1 variety show "Weekly Idol." There, the girls played several games with the guests and performed covers of BTS, NCT, ITZY, aespa and Girls' Generation songs. Notably, they performed "The Boys," one of Girls' Generation's biggest hits.

While people thought the girls danced exceptionally, internets users paid more attention to the members who received the most attention from the camera. People were able to pinpoint who got the most screen time and who had the least. With that, people were able to say if they loved the performance or hated it.

How Did People React to Kep1er's Performance of 'The Boys'

Upon viewing, people noted that Huening Bahiyyih, who is often praised for her Barbie-like visuals, continued to be "invisible." This is because she has the least amount of time in the center position. However, people claimed that this was normal because Huening Bahiyyih tends to dance out of beat and often makes mistakes with her movement.

However, when Huening Bahiyyih performed "XOXO" on the program, she earned praise for dancing accurately. She was also praised for her facial expressions, charisma and posture. Nevertheless, people claim that Huening Bahiyyih is better at performing simple dances, like "XOXO," and still needs more practice for complex choreography like "The Boys."

The member with the most overwhelming presence is Shen Xiaoting. Not only was she the center for most of the song, but the camera also seemed especially drawn to her as she performed. Though she ranked ninth place on "Girls Planet 999," it appears Shen Xiaoting is the unofficial center of the group, taking the spotlight for most of their performances.

People believe Shen Xiaoting is worthy of the center position due to her outstanding visuals and impressive dance lines. In addition, people noted that she performed Yoona's parts in the song and that it perfectly suited her as the center-visual.

Overall, people had mixed reactions to the performance. While they all danced stably, people claimed their skills were not too outstanding. However, people continued to sing their praises for Shen Xiaoting.
